Hey y’all!
While I’ve been a busy bee on the homestead, tending to the flower gardens, veggie gardens, chickens, and baking. I’ve managed to put together this collection of photos from this spring. I hope you enjoy this collection and you find some inspiration!
The Garden Collection
Starting off this collection with my garden! While things are still growing and it’s not in full swing, it’s still beautiful nonetheless. If you want to take a full walk through my veggie garden, come along!
This first photo is from my very first harvest yesterday. While it’s mainly herbs, the peas really have shown off! Oh, how I wish I could be a pea in a cozy little pod.
My first mini bouquet of the season consists of a white flower I have no idea what it is, dandelions, and forget me nots. I love the simplicity of this bouquet. It has me so excited for the large bouquets while also being able to appreciate the small ones.
The Chicken Collection
What once were little bitty chicks are now blossomed young chickens. They’ve grown so fast and continue to grow! They bring me so much joy and happiness. There’s nothing like grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting with them. If you want to see my process on how I raised them, you can find it here!
We have our twin chocolate orpingtons, not really sure who is whom. We just call them, “the twins”. They are the sweetest little birds!
We ended up getting a rooster to protect our flock. His name is Clark! A sweet boy he is. Clark loves to be held!
My Homemade Collection
I make a lot of items on our homestead. My recent obsession is with tallow. I absolutely love tallow balm. If you need some, I have some over on my shop tab or you can go here! It’s the best!
If you need a fantastic strawberry jam recipe, you can find my tasty recipe here.
I also love to sew. I sell sourdough jar covers & bowl covers! If you want some, here they are!
So, that pretty much concludes my spring collection!! Since spring is almost over, summer will be starting and I’ll do a summer collection.
Thank you all for stopping by and I hope you’ll stay awhile!
